These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kitchenmfg.com and any orders placed with Full Kitchen.

Orders & Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated. Orders are confirmed upon our written order acknowledgement. Product specifications, materials, and prices are subject to confirmation at time of order.

Customization

As a manufacturer, we offer OEM/ODM customization. Custom orders are produced to agreed specifications and are generally non-cancellable once production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery terms, lead times, and Incoterms are specified per order. Risk and title transfer according to the agreed Incoterms.

Warranty

Our equipment carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms are detailed in the order contract.
