Product Overview
Move More, Walk Less
In a busy service kitchen, every extra trip between the pass, the cold room and the wash-up costs time. A well-built trolley collapses that distance into a single, stable run — your staff move several loads at once instead of shuttling back and forth, and the two brake-equipped wheels keep it planted exactly where it is parked between rushes.
Food-Safe by Material, Not by Coating
304 stainless steel is a solid food-grade alloy, not a surface treatment that wears off. That matters for hygiene audits: the trolley wipes clean with a damp cloth, resists the corrosion that builds up around sinks and steam tables, and does not shed particles or harbour bacteria in seams the way painted or plated steel can.
Built to Carry the Real Load
The structure is where this trolley earns its keep. Shelf plates run 0.6–1.2 mm thick and the frame tubes use a 0.7 mm wall — heavy enough that a 100 kg shelf load does not bow or rattle, yet light enough to keep the whole cart easy to push. Corners are welded, not clipped, so the unit stays square after months of daily abuse.
Quiet on Tile, Kind to Floors
The four silicone casters roll with almost no noise and leave no black marks on polished tile or epoxy. Two lock independently, so a loaded cart stays put beside a cooking line or in a corridor without drifting — useful when the floor is busy and nobody wants a runaway rack.
Sized to Your Kitchen, Not Ours
Because we are the factory, the trolley is not a fixed SKU. Layer count (2 or 3), shelf spacing, overall length and your logo are all adjustable from a drawing or a sample. If your pass is tight or your banquet line is long, we build to the dimension you actually have, not the one that ships cheapest.
