What Buyers Ask Before They Order — And How We Solve It
After 10+ years exporting rice steamers, three questions come up on almost every inquiry. Here is the straight answer for each.
01
Will the price be competitive against my local supplier?
Your concern: trading houses and middle-men add 20–40 % on top of the factory price.
Our fix: you buy direct from the Full Kitchen factory in Binzhou — no agent, no distributor. EXW reference USD 100–400 per set by tray count; tiered pricing kicks in at 5 sets and 20 sets. Free quote in 8 working hours, and we lock the price for 30 days after you confirm.
02
Will the cabinet leak steam and waste gas?
Your concern: cheap cabinets lose steam around the door, so rice cooks unevenly and gas bills climb.
Our fix: every door carries a food-grade silicone gasket in a full-perimeter groove (230 °C rated), with a front gauge and 0.005 MPa cut-off that flag a worn seal before it leaks. Field-replaceable in 5 minutes; a spare ships with each unit.
03
Is the interior really food-grade 304 stainless steel?
Your concern: some factories ship 201 stainless on the food-contact surfaces and only 304 on the outside.
Our fix: the steam cavity, door lining and all food-contact panels are 304 stainless steel as standard (201 available on request for the outer cabinet to hold price down). Every cavity is hand-TIG-welded in our Binzhou workshop, no exposed seams where food or water can pool. Mill certificate available on request.

Electric Rice Steamer — by Tray Count
Electric cabinets run 580 mm deep (vs. 680 mm for the gas models) to keep the wiring bay accessible. Both 220 V single-phase and 380 V three-phase are supported on most models; the 4-tray version is wired exclusively for 220 V single-phase. Power draw scales with tray count — the 24-tray unit pulls 24 kW at peak.

3Product Details & Build Quality
304 Stainless Steel Cavity — Welded In-House
Every cavity is hand-TIG-welded inside our Binzhou factory from 304 stainless steel sheet (201 available on request). The seamless floor channels condensate back into the heat-source bay; nothing pools where food touches metal. All seams are food-safe and corrosion-resistant for daily commercial wash-down.
Leak-Free Silicone Door Seal — Replaceable in 5 Minutes
The number-one complaint at cheaper factories is steam leaking around the door — uneven rice, wasted gas, scalded hands. Our fix: a food-grade silicone gasket (230 °C rated) seated in a full-perimeter embedded groove on every door, so steam stays inside the cavity until you vent it. The front pressure gauge and 0.005 MPa cut-off keep the seal honest; if the gasket ever wears, it is field-replaceable in about 5 minutes with two screws. A spare gasket ships with every order.
Independent Timer + Thermostat
Two knobs, no menus. The top-mounted timer and thermostat are positioned above the cabinet, away from steam and water splash. Auto-fill water inlet cuts in when the level drops; dry-boil protection shuts the burner off if the water tank runs dry — important for unattended morning cycles.
Visible Pressure Gauge
Mounted on the front face, the analog gauge gives the cook an at-a-glance read on cavity pressure — no need to crack the door and lose steam mid-batch. A steady needle in the green band means the seal is tight and the batch is cooking evenly.
Brass Gas Injector, Field-Swappable
Gas orifices are drilled at the Binzhou workshop for the LPG or NG pressure in your country; we keep a full set of spare injectors in stock. To switch fuels, swap the injector (one bolt, two minutes) — no need to ship the cabinet back.
In the Kitchen — Applications
The Full Kitchen commercial rice steamer cabinet is built for high-volume kitchens that cannot afford downtime: school canteens feeding 200 students in 30 minutes, factory cafeterias running three shifts, hotel breakfast buffets, restaurant chains serving steamed rice as a daily staple, military and institutional mess halls, and central kitchens preparing meals for delivery. From 4 trays (≈60 servings) up to 24 trays (≈360 servings), you can right-size the unit to your peak-hour demand.
Restaurant chain installation.Even steam across every tray — no cold spots in the middle of the rack. Standard 300 × 400 mm tray fits plates, bowls and dim sum baskets.
Auto Water Inlet & Anti Dry-Burn — Set and Forget
Every Full Kitchen cabinet — gas or electric — ships with the same float-valve water control and dry-boil cut-off shown below. A stainless float ball sits inside the water tank; when the water level drops it opens the inlet, and when the tank is full it shuts the inlet. The heating element is also wired to an over-temperature cut-off: if the tank runs dry, the heater stops within seconds, protecting the element and the cabinet. You can leave the rice steamer running through the breakfast rush without someone watching it.

Five Build Details Buyers Actually Check
The five points below are what a careful buyer will look at on a sample unit before placing the volume order. Every Full Kitchen cabinet ships with all five as standard — not as optional extras.
Float, heating tube, door buckle, copper inlet, rubber wheel — all standard on every order.Heavy-duty rubber caster with brake and stainless mounting bracket — easy to clean, rolls over uneven kitchen floors.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order quantity?
One set. We keep 6, 8, 10 and 12-tray versions — both LPG and electric — in stock, so a trial order of one cabinet ships within 5–10 working days. Larger wholesale orders are quoted per container with volume pricing; lead time scales linearly with tray count and quantity.
2. Can the cabinet be configured for our local voltage and gas pressure?
Yes. The electric cabinet is wired for 220 V single-phase or 380 V three-phase on every model except the 4-tray (220 V only). The gas cabinet runs on LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) or natural gas — burners are drilled at the factory to match the gas pressure in your country (typically 2.0–2.8 kPa for LPG, 2.0 kPa for NG). Tell us your local gas standard when you request a quote and we will configure accordingly.
3. Which certifications and export documents come with the shipment?
Every order leaves our Binzhou factory with a commercial invoice, packing list and Bill of Lading. We can add CE-format test reports, fumigation certificates for wooden crates, and destination-specific paperwork — SONCAP for Nigeria, INMETRO for Brazil, etc. Our factory is audited annually; certificates are available on request.
4. What is the lead time from deposit to port-of-loading?
Stock SKUs (4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 trays) ship in 5–10 working days. Volume orders of 50+ units typically take 15–25 working days. We confirm an exact dispatch date on every quotation so you can plan your sea-freight booking around it.
5. How is the steamer packed for international export?
Inner protective film → foam edge-guards → heavy-duty export carton → ISPM-15 plywood outer crate → steel corner protectors. Fumigation-free for the receiving country. Wooden-crate shipments are accepted by all major container lines without extra fumigation, which keeps your landed cost low.
6. Will the cabinet leak steam or waste gas during daily use?
No. Every door uses a 230 °C food-grade silicone gasket in a full-perimeter groove, with a front gauge and 0.005 MPa cut-off that flag a worn seal before it leaks. Gaskets are field-replaceable in ~5 minutes and a spare ships with each unit — see the build details above.
